After years in restaurant facility management and as a business owner, John decided to return to his roots and put to use his experience in commercial & residential construction and home repairs on Cape Cod to good use; he became a licensed home inspector here in New Hampshire and a Certified Professional Inspector with International National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
Having owned both new and (very) old homes, he is familiar with both as well as commercial properties; John was a Residential & Commercial inspector for East Coast Properties. John understands the concerns and needs of buyers and is focused on providing quality inspections at affordable prices. John earned a Massachusetts Construction License in 2000 and has lived in New Hampshire since 2003.
